- Click on the Sign In link in the top right of the page. Sign in with the email address and password you use for signing in to the AAPM&R website.
Help Tip: If you have forgotten your password, click here to reset your password. If you are not an AAPM&R member and have not signed in before, you can create a new user account by clicking here.

Locate Your Enrollments
View and print your transcript
Entering non-AAPM&R CME claims (Member-only benefit)
- Locate activities in the My Enrollments widget on the left side of the Welcome page
or click on the My Education (ME) tab to access the My Enrollments page.
Help Tip: CME expiration dates are shown left of the Launch link on the My Enrollments widget and in the End Date column of the My Enrollments and My Transcript pages.
PLEASE NOTE: Activities will be removed from your My Enrollments and My Transcript pages after their expiration date.
Where to claim CME
- Completed activities ready for CME claiming can be found under My Transcript. Click the Credit button to claim your credits.
View and print your transcript
- To view and print your transcript, go to the My Transcript page and click on the
icon located above the Format column.
- Your transcript includes data for all educational activities that you have completed with AAPM&R and is sufficient documentation for proof of credit for a variety of organizations, including American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ABPMR), state licensure, the American Medical Association (AMA), and other institutions.
Entering non-AAPM&R CME claims (Member-only benefit)
- Click on the Enter non-AAPM&R Credits tab to update your CME transcript with non-AAPM&R CME credit claims earned through other organizations. This is a member-only benefit that helps keep you organized and track your CME in one place.
- If you need to edit or make a correction to a non-AAPM&R CME claim, please contact Customer Service at 847-737-6000 for assistance or email info@aapmr.org.

Searching for educational resources
- Click here to view a brief demo video on how to use the mē®catalog.
- Click on the Catalog tab to search for educational resources by using the catalog search field at the top of the page or by using the Activity Type, Clinical Topics, Member Councils, or Practice and Career Topics filters on the left of the page.
Help Tip: Make sure to clear the search field first before using the filters by clicking on the Clear button.
If you use the filters for searching, make sure to click [clear] next to the filter type to reset your search.
Enrolling in educational activities
- To enroll in a fee-based activity, click on the Buy Now button below the activity name to add to your shopping cart.
Help Tip: Make sure to click on the View Details link of an activity to view product description, expiration date, learning objectives, and technical requirements before purchasing.
- Activities offered for free are launched from the catalog page. If you exit the free activity before completing it, you can access it on the My Enrollments page to resume your progress.

Completing Activities
Launching an activity
- Launch an activity by clicking the Launch link below an activity name on the My Enrollments widget on the Welcome page
or click on the activity name on the My Enrollments page.
Help Tip: The activity will open in a separate browser window. It is strongly recommended you maximize the activity window. Do not close the separate Welcome page or My Enrollments window while you are working on an activity.
Navigating through an activity
- Navigate through an activity by clicking the links in the activity left menu:
Auto-saved activity progress
- Your activity progress is automatically saved when you quit/exit the activity. The next time you launch an activity, you will resume from the last page you were on before exiting.
- Activity assessments/post-tests do not need to be completed in one sitting. Click the Resume button on the assessment page when you return to the activity to continue.
Completing assessment and evaluation questions
- In accordance with American Medical Association (AMA) requirements, online educational activities require learners to meet an established performance level in order to earn CME.
- Once you complete all assessment questions, click Submit Exam on the Exam Summary page. You will have unlimited attempts to achieve the minimum passing score. Click Start New Session on the assessment page to retake an assessment.
- To be eligible to claim CME, you must complete an evaluation of the activity.
Claim CME for Online Activities and Live Events

- Sign in to the mē® site using your email address and password for the AAPM&R web site..
- Click the My Education (ME) tab.
- Click the My Transcript tab.
- Click the Claim button located in the same row as the activity name you completed.
- Select the amount of CME credit you wish to claim. The American Medical Association (AMA) regulations state that physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
- Then click Claim.
Help Tip: Credit for completed activities must be claimed before the CME expiration date. Please refer to the expiration date found in the My Enrollments widget
or the End Date column on the My Enrollments and My Transcript pages. Activities will be removed from these pages after their expiration date.
Claim CME for live events
Credit for live events must be claimed within one year of the course date or it will be forfeited.
- Sign in to the mē® site using your email address and password for the AAPM&R web site.
- Click the My Education (ME) tab.
- On the My Enrollments page, click Launch below the attended live event name.
- If applicable, complete the live event assessment by clicking on Assessment in the left menu.
- Answer the evaluation questions by clicking on Evaluation in the left menu.
- Once you complete all evaluation questions, click Submit at the bottom of the page. A screen will appear that says, “Survey Completed Successfully.”
- Close the live event window and click on the My Transcript tab.
- Click the Claim button located in the same row as the live event you attended.
- Select the amount of CME credit you wish to claim, which should be commensurate with the extent of your participation in the live event. Then click Claim.
Transcript and Certificates
Your transcript
- Your mē® transcript serves as sufficient documentation for proof of CME credit for a variety of organizations, including American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ABPMR), state licensure, and other institutions for all educational activities that you have completed with AAPM&R*.
- *Your mē® transcript includes all educational activities that you have completed with AAPM&R in the last 10 years. To filter your transcript, select a specific year in the Grades for Year drop down.
- In addition, your transcript identifies activities that are approved by ABPMR to meet Maintenance of Certification (MOC) requirements for Part II: Self-Assessment and Part IV: Practice Assessment.
- AAPM&R and non-Academy CME* issued CME earned after January 1, 2008 will be transferred automatically from the AAPM&R to the American Board of PM&R (ABPMR). CME earned prior to January 1, 2008, will need to be manually entered by the diplomate into the ABPMRs official record-keeping system (http://www.abpmr.org/).
- *Non-Academy issued CME is only transferred for Academy members who manually enter non-AAPM&R CME claims on the mē® site.
- Additionally, completion data for Self-Assessment Exams (SAEs) and Practice Improvement Projects (PIPs) will be passed to the ABPMR.
Certificates
- The American Medical Association (AMA) accepts your mē® transcript as proof of CME. However if it is the policy of an organization to receive a certificate, you can print one by going to the My Transcript page and clicking on the Certificate link below a completed activity.
