Selecting the appropriate evaluation and management code is complex even for the experienced physiatrist.  In this series, designed specifically with residents in mind, coding expert Linda Duckworth breaks down the key components of E/M coding.  The Medical Decision Making session reviews documentation for the number of diagnoses or management options, amount or complexity of data and the risk of significant complications, morbidity or mortality.
