E/M Coding and Documentation Series, Part 3: Exam

Selecting the appropriate evaluation and management code is complex even for the experienced physiatrist.  In this series, designed specifically with residents in mind, coding expert Linda Duckworth breaks down the key components of E/M coding.  The Exam session reviews the 1995 and 1997 approaches for documenting an exam, providing insights into exams based on body areas, organ systems, as well as specialty-specific exams.
