E/M Coding and Documentation Series, Part 2: Established Patient History

Selecting the appropriate evaluation and management code is complex even for the experienced physiatrist.  In this series, designed specifically with residents in mind, coding expert Linda Duckworth breaks down the key components of E/M coding.  The Established Patient History session reviews the chief complaint, history of the present illness, review of systems and past medical, family and social histories which aid in code selection for established patients.
