Making the Most of Your Transition: What to Do when You Become a New Attending

This session addresses commonly-missed aspects of becoming a new attending, including useful tools for the on boarding process. A certified executive coach who works with physicians uses interactive exercises to help identify your vision and goals to find the right fit.

Method of Study

Each session contains video presentations that were recorded during the Annual Assembly. Upon viewing the presentations, participants will need to complete a session evaluation, which includes a reflection on learning, in order to claim credit. The presentations can be viewed at one's own pace and credit can be claimed after viewing the individual sessions.
